Azerbaijani and Iranian Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Mohammad Reza Zarif have met in Van (Turkey) today, APA reports.
The ministers discuss bilateral and regional cooperation and noted the deep cultural and historic ties between the two states. Zarif assured Mammadyarov that Iran respected the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey will hold a trilateral meeting in Van today.
