According to preliminary information, the EU blacklist of Russians includes FSB Chief Alexander Bortnikov, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko, Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu, LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Chairman of the Lower House Committee for International Affairs Alexey Pushkov, Gazeta.ru reports.
Besides politicians, the list may include Alexander “Surgeon” Zaldostanov, leader of the Night Wolves biker group, Russia Today Director General Dmitry Kiselev, Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov.
