Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif cancelled his dinner with EU Chief Diplomat Catherine Ashton in Vienna on Monday over her recent unsanctioned meetings in Tehran, Interfax reports.
The dinner was to precede the second round of talks between the Group of Six and Iran. Spokeswoman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Marzieh Afkham said that Ashton had violated diplomatic protocol.
