Georgian ex-Minister for Economy Kakha Bendukidze has been summoned for questioning to the Prosecutor General’s Office, Trend reports.
According to investigators, Bendukidze privatized the Agrarian University for just about $0.57, claiming that he paid $2.86 million.
Ex-Education Minister Dmitry Shashkin, who was the incumbent minister during the privatization, was summonded together with Bendukidze.
