Russian parliament passes declaration for US and EU sanctions

All 353 members of the lower house of the Russian parliament have voted for a declaration encouraging the US and EU to blacklist all MPs voting for the document, RIA Novosti reports.According the Russian legislators, the US president and European functionaries were outraged by Russia’s attitude towards the referendum in Crimea and Sevastopol.
