Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament Sergey Naryshkin said that Ukrainian authorities imposing the visa regime on Russia were doing worse for own citizens, RIA Novosti reports.
He added that Ukraine’s withdrwal from the CIS was uncertain.
Andrey Parubiy, Secretary of the Ukrainian Defense and Security Council, announced yesterday that Kiev was planning to impose a visa regime on Russia and quit the CIS.
