Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk said that imposing a visa regime on Russia would have little impact and would cause humanitarian problems in the East and South of Ukraine, where people often visit Russia for work, RIA Novosti reports.
Andrey Parubiy, Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council said yesterday that Ukraine will impose a visa regime on Russia.
