The parliament of Ukraine has passed the declaration for liberation, initiated by Oleksandr Turchynov, Speaker of Parliament and Acting President, RIA Novosti reports.The document urges the international community to abstain from recognition of the Crimean Republic and assures that Ukraine will fight for return of the territory. 274 MPs voted for the document.
