The Heydar Aliyev Fund has presented Ulyanovsk with a modern school,
AzerTag reports.
The president of the fund, UNESCO and ISESCO goodwill ambassador,
deputy of the Azerbaijani parliament and wife of the Azerbaijani
president, Mekhriban Aliyeva, was personally supervising the work at
School No78, within the framework of the project ‘Support for
Education’.
Some of the main activities of the fund are strengthening the
humanitarian ties of Azerbaijan with other states, cooperation with
educational centers of the republic and abroad and help in
constructing and reconstructing schools, including ones outside the
country.
The authorities of Ulyanovsk, the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia
Polad Biulbiul ogly, Executive Director of the Heydar Aliyev Fund Anar
Alekperov and representatives of the regional office of the
All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress were at the opening ceremony.
