Georgian Minister of Community Affairs Papuna Davitaya has visited
Turkey, Georgia Online reports. In Turkish regions he was realizing
the project of a non-governmental organization 'Tsami', the goal of
which is search for information on the gastronomic traditions of the
Georgian population in Tao-Klardzheti and Shavnet-Erusheti.
The trip includes a collection of information and photography. An
illustrated book about the gastronomic traditions of the two regions
will be published after the end of the visit.
