Sergey Naryshkin, Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament, said at a plenary session that the events in Ukraine was part of the Arab Spring scenario, making its first appearance in Europe, ITAR-TASS reports.
He warned that the scenario may happen in any Western country.
Naryshkin emphasized that the events in Ukraine had direct impact on international security and strategic balance of Eurasia.
