Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg may become the successor of NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, ITAR-TASS reports.
British PM David Cameron, French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, US President Barack Obama approve of his candidacy. Obama may announce his appointment during the visit to Brussels on Wednesday.
Neither Stoltenberg nor the Labor Party of Norway he leads have commented on the reports.
