Ukrainian Acting Prosecutor General Oleg Makhnitsky said that ex-Minister for Energy and Coal Industry Eduard Stavitsky was put on the wanted list, ITAR-TASS reports.
He is involved in a case around businessman Sergey Kurchenko’s gang. The ex-minister is suspected of illegal acquisition and waste of property. The police found $4.8 million, 42kg of gold, jewelry and 16 luxury watches in his house.
