Azerbaijan is negotiating signing memorandums on military cooperation with 26 countries, the Defense Ministry reports.
Azerbaijan is currently cooperating with Turkey, the United States, Germany, UK, Italy, Pakistan, China, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Poland, Israel, Romania, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Belgium, France, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Switzerland, Korea and other countries.
Azerbaijan holds about 300-400 linguistic courses and courses for specialization, working meetings, seminars, conferences and consultations attended by up to 1500 soldiers.
