Turkish PM grumbles about disobedience of Twitter

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Twitter was not obeying the court’s decision and was blocked in the country. He called it an interior political process, ITAR-TASS reports.

Erdogan noted that there were hundreds of requests for deletion of accounts and messages coming from France, Germany, UK, US, Russia and India. Most of them are accepted. The PM said that Turkey requested closing of only two accounts. He called accusations of disrespect of human rights from the EU unjustified.

According to Erdogan, Turkey will continue making harsh actions against social networks refusing to close accounts and delete content.
