Iranian Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani-Fazli urged the Pakistani government to be more responsible in investigating kidnappings of Iranian border guards, Trend reports.
He warned that refusal to do so will force Iran to take additional security measures. The minister expressed hope that information about murder of one of the five Iranian border guards kidnapped in the Sistan and Baluchestan Province in February was false.
Rahmani-Fazli urged the Pakistani government to take all the necessary measures to release the border guards and respect principles of good neighbourhood within the framework of the international law.
