The Russian government is going to launch a mass retraining programme for Crimean teachers, Russian Minister of Education Dmitry Livanov is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
Crimea and Russia have recently signed an agreement concerning the republic's accession to the Russian Federation. The move has been condemned by the Ukrainian interim government, the US and the EU.
