Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that the publication of secret talks of law enforcers in the country was comparable with a declaration of war and will be punished accordingly.
The minister emphasized that wiring law enforcers was equivalent to espionage.
An audio recording of a secret council on Syria was posted on YouTube on March 27. Chiefs of intelligences and the General Staff of the Armed Forces attended the council.
