Sergey Smirnov, deputy director of the Russian Federal Security Service, said that terrorists from Afghanistan may flood Russia after withdrawal of the NATO mission, RIA Novosti reports.
He said at a session of the Council of the SCO Regional Counter-Terrorism Structure in Tashkent on Friday that special services of SCO members were taking measures to prevent the threat and were monitoring the situation in Afghanistan.
