Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Barack Obama have discussed the situation in Ukraine during a phone conversation, RIA Novosti cites the Kremlin's press service as saying.
The Russian president stressed that the position of radical groups in Ukrainian politics has strengthened considerably.
