Russian and French Foreign Ministers Sergey Lavrov and Laurent Fabius have begun talks at the French Foreign Ministry in Paris, RIA Novosti reports.
Lavrov met with the US Secretary of State John Kerry in Paris yesterday and discussed stability in Ukraine and the differences between their visions of the crisis. The sides expressed a commitment to finding common grounds to resolve the crisis. Lavrov and Kerry agree that Ukraine needs a constitutional reform for all regions and federalization.
