On March 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has ordered opening of an office to represent the republic in Crimea, Interfax reports.
Ilmir Temirgaliyev, director of TemirInvest Group, an honorary industrial worker of Crimea, was appointed as the head of the office.
