Russian showman Valdis Pelsh will no longer be able to visit
Azerbaijan. He took part in the concert and celebrations on
Azerbaijani territories occupied by Armenia, Nagorno-Karabakh.
According to Armenian media, there were celebrations in Khankedi,
Nagorno-Karabakh, on September 2nd due to 19th anniversary of the
breakaway.
The father of Russian singer Philip Kirkorov, Bedros Kirkorov, was
also performing at the concert.
Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that if Pelsh's presence
at the concert is confirmed, he will join the blacklist and will
become a persona non grata in Azerbaijan.
