US Secretary of State John Kerry said that the NATO was offering membership to any European state ready to assume obligations and contribute to security of the Euro-Atlantic Region, RIA Novosti reports.
Kerry’s statement was made to mark the anniversary of the latest expansion of the Alliance. It expanded on March 29, 2004, March 12, 2009, and April 1, 2009.
