A project on import of Iranian gas to Pakistan cannot be implemented due to international sanctions against Tehran, the minister of oil and natural resources of Pakistan Shahid Hakan Abbasi said in the National Assembly of the country.
The minister stated that as international sanctions continued their operation, the project would be frozen. Even if the gas pipeline is built, Pakistan will have no opportunity to buy Iranian gas under the current sanctions, Iran.ru reports.
