Wind winds of 36 m/s struck Kabardino-Balkaria's Prokhladnenskiy
Region, Interfax reports.
Housing, social facilities, and power lines in the city of
Prokhladniy, the Priblizhnoy Cossack village, and the Novo-Poltavsk
and Novo-Pokrovsk villages were damaged. Approximately 200 houses were
damaged in Prokhladniy and sub-power plants providing energy for
10,000 people stopped working.
The roofs of schools and kindergartens were blown off, and windows
broken. Two people were slightly injured.
