Sergey Naryshkin, speaker of the lower house of the Russian parliament, will visit Crimea and Sevastopol on April 5, said Yevgeny Chugunov, spokesman of the lower house, ITAR-TASS reports.
Naryshkin will meet Sevastopol Mayor Alexey Chaly, Head of the Sevastopol City Council Yuri Doynikov, Crimean Prime Minister Vladimir Konstantinov. The lower house plans to open reception offices in Sevastopol and Simferopol.
