Deputy foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are attending the 36th session of the special working group in Askhabad to continue efforts on composition of a convention on the legal status of the Caspian Sea, Turkmen Dovlet Khabarlary reports.
They will discuss preparations for another summit of Caspian sates that Astrakhan will host in the second half of 2014, exchange opinions on composition of the convention.
