Crimea and Sevastopol to modernize electoral offices for 240 million rubles

Vladimir Churov, head of the Russian Central Electoral Commission, said that electoral commissions of Crimea and Sevastopol will be connected to the Vybory automatic system. 240 million rubles will be spent to reorganize the commissions, RIA Novosti reports.

Leonid Ivlev, deputy head of the commission, emphasized that electoral commissions will be equipped and its staff trained to use the automatic systems. Crimea has 27 territorial and 1205 local commissions, Sevastopol has 4 and 192 respectively.
