Foreign ministers of the Caspian countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Iran, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan) are going to meet in Moscow on April 22, 2014.
The ministers are expected to discuss the legal status of the Caspian Sea, which according to some states should be considered a lake and treated as such in accordance with international law.
