Lawyer Avtandil Kakhniashvili has filed a lawsuit again Georgian President Georgy Margvelashvili to appeal appointment of Vakhtang Mchedlishvili as a member of the Supreme Justice Council.
According to the lawyer, the contest for the appointment was organized against rules. Kakhniashvili demands a new contest.
The process will start at 1.00PM today. Margvelashvili is currently in Poland, so he will send a representative for the hearings.
