Nigmatulin named head of Kazakh Presidential Administration

Speaker of the Kazakj Parliament Nurlan Nigmatulin has been appointed as the head of the Presidential Administration, a source in Astana reports. Defense Minister Adilbek Jaksybekov became the state secretary of Kazakhstan.
