Azerbaijan has released a special transportation pass for foreigners and apatrides, according to President Ilham Aliyev’s decree, abc.az reports.
The State Migration Service will grant the pass to people crossing the border, unless their home state cannot grant such document. The document allows them to enter Azerbaijan without visas.
The Cabinet was ordered to adjust the laws to harmonize with the decree in two months and pass amendments to the Migration Code in three months.
