Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev awarded the Dostlug Order to Alexander Dzasokhov, a politician in Russia's North Caucasus, to mark his 80th birthday yesterday.
The order was awarded for Dzasokhov’s efforts in strengthening Azerbaijani-Russian relations, Aliyev’s website reports.
