Elchin Guliyev, head of the State Border Service, and Necdet Ozel, chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, have discussed trans-border cooperation and priority aspects of its development at a meeting in Baku, Interfax reports.
The sides emphasized the need to expand cooperation in strengthening borders, exchange experience and hold more meetings. Guliyev awarded Ozel with the Medal for Merit in Military Cooperation.
