Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has formed a new government headed by Prime Minister Karim Masimov, News Kazakhstan reports.
The only difference is that ex-Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov has become the defense minister, replacing Adilbek Saksybekov, who, in his turn, has become the state secretary.
