Today the foreign ministers of Russia and Germany, Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier, discussed the situation in Ukraine in a telephone conversation, the Russian Foreign Ministry reports."The foreign ministers discussed the current state of affairs in Ukraine. The Russian side stressed the need to take steps to provide international facilitation of a national dialogue among all political forces and Ukrainian regions," ITAR-TASS reports.Steinmeier expressed his willingness to cooperate on this issue, using the possibilities of the German side.
