However, we have offered Ukraine close cooperation in the form of the Association Agreement," ITAR-TASS quotes him as saying.The head of the European Commission stressed that Brussels should help Ukraine "as much as possible on its path to democracy and stability."He also noted the "constructive role" of Germany in the dialogue with Russia about what is happening in Ukraine.
