Unrest in Eastern Ukraine was sponsored by Yanukovych, Kyiv says

The acting head of the Ukrainian presidential staff, Sergey Pashinsky, says the current unrest in Eastern Ukraine was sponsored by ousted president Viktor Yanukovych. According to the official, Yanukovych used dozens of bank accounts to finance separatists in the Eastern part of the country.
