The United States is preparing for a new round of sanctions against the Russian Federation, US Secretary of State John Kerry says. The official also condemns Russia for interfering in Ukraine's internal affairs.
According to Kerry, the recent unrest in the eastern part of Ukraine has been sponsored by Russia and organized by Russian special agents.
"These are illegitimate attempts to destabilize the situation in Ukraine," Secretary Kerry is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
