The Russian Foreign Ministry has said that Russia was not sending extra troops to secure the Ukrainian border, as reported by the Vienna document and monitoring flights made according to the Treaty on Open Skies, ITAR-TASS reports.
The ministry assured that activities on the Russian territory were not a threat to the US or any OSCE state.
