Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan does not plan to stand for president, as stated at a meeting with members of the professional commission for constitutional reforms, News Armenia reports.
Sargsyan clarified that he would not bid for presidency or the post of the prime minister if Armenia becomes a parliamentary republic. He added that a person should not be president of a country twice in his life.
