Lugansk protesters doubt that Oleksandr Turchynov, speaker of the Ukrainian parliament and acting president, will keep his promise and pardon everyone who de-occupies the local administration and puts down their weapons, says one of the leaders of the protest, Oleg Desyatnichenko, ITAR-TASS reports.
He stated that they will only believe his words after the passing of an amnesty law.
