The speaker of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, said that early elections to the State Council of Crimea will be held in September 2014 and added that currently they are actively working in this direction.
"The State Council was elected on entirely different principles on the basis of parties which no longer exist. Therefore, we want to fix it quickly," ITAR-TASS quotes Konstantinov.
