Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk has proposed local referendums, RIA Novosti reports.
The proposal was made in Donetsk. The PM believes that amendments should be made in the law on the all-Ukrainian referendum. He added that lack of such amendments was one of the reasons why Kiev had no recognized the Crimean referendum of March 16.
