Russian Prosecutor General Yury Chaika said that Ukrainian ex-President Victor Yanukovych will not be extradited because he had committed no crimes, Interfax reports.
The prosecutor general still believes that Yanukovych is the president of Ukraine and the government in Kiev is illegitimate.
