Sevastopol legislators have adopted a new charter for the city, RIA Novosti reports.
Dmitry Belik, head of the city administration, said that the governor will be allowed to vote non-confidence of the legislative assembly, just as the assembly can do the same with the governor.
The charter was based on an analogical document of Saint-Petersburg.
