President of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland will visit Baku on April 22-24 to discuss cooperation and Azerbaijan’s chairing the CE Ministerial Committee, Trend reports.
The European official plans to announce the start of the CE action plan for Azerbaijan (2014-2016). Jagland will meet speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament, ministers for foreign affairs and justice and other officials.
