Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Moscow had no responsibility for the events in the south-eastern areas of Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted that there were no Russian intelligence services provoking the population to protest. Lavrov clarified that there were certain Russian individuals highlighted by mass media.
