Ukraine's chocolate tycoon and presidential hopeful Petro Poroshenko says all attempts aimed at limiting the use of the Russian language in the country are nothing but provocations, Interfax reports.
Poroshenko stresses however that the Ukrainian language will always remain the country's only state language.
